Artist Bio

Annette K. Baser has shown her paintings at many galleries and venues such as New Britain Museum of Art and at the Zigler Museum in Jennings, Louisiana. Her paintings are in private collections across the country. She works from her studio at the Farmington Valley Arts center in in Avon, Connecticut.. 

Annette K. Baser has chronicled her contemplative journey primarily through oil paintings and monotypes. Her travels have afforded many wonderful locations of interest, yet she takes great delight in the beauty of the Farmington River Valley. She is drawn to scenes that communicate a spiritual dimension and explores scapes of origin through her imagination.
